As the mercury rises, I’ve decided to adapt my go-to smoothie recipe to make this five-minute fruity summer sorbet. With just four ingredients, it may take even less time! The frozen mango serves two roles as the ice and the leading fruit flavor.
Since I got an immersion blender for Christmas, I’ve been using it to make all sorts of snacks— from guacamole to morning smoothies. You don’t *need* a hand blender for this sorbet, but I’ve never been more obsessed with a kitchen gadget. I highly recommend you try one out!
I know these life stories before recipes can be annoying, but it’s a must-have if you want to claim a recipe as your own. (Damn you, copyright laws!) That said, I’ll keep it short. I hope you love this quick and easy summer dessert!
